Western Waste Services is committed to supporting programs and nonprofit organizations that make a positive impact in our community. Western Waste Services fulfills numerous requests each year and are able to assist organizations only once per calendar year. Please be aware that we attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible and cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.

Guidelines:

All requests must be submitted online.
Requests must be received six weeks prior to the event date. Submitting doesn’t guarantee donation.
Requests will be responded to via email only, a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
Western Waste Services will only donate directly to 501(c)(3) organizations – no third party requests.
Phone, fax, or incomplete requests will not be accepted.
