Terms and Conditions

1. BLOCKED CONTAINERS: If the container is blocked and we are unable to pick up the container upon arrival, there will be an additional charge. 

2. UNACCEPTABLE WASTE: The following types of waste ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE in the container: 
Wet paint, thinners, gas/diesel fuel, tires, medical waste, explosives/ammunition, oils, solvents, chemicals, cell phones, dry cell batteries, fluorescent lights, and any appliance or item with compressor units attached; NO E-WASTE (Computers, TV’s, Monitors, Microwaves, etc.).
3. OVERFILLED CONTAINERS: Please DO NOT overfill the container. Ensure there is no debris sticking over the rim of the container. If the container is determined to be overloaded, Customer may be asked to “off-load” the container before it is removed. If the container is overweight or overloaded, customer will be charged additional fee.

4. RELEASE OF WEIGHT DAMAGE LIABILITY: Customer acknowledges that the container(s) and the Western Waste Services (WWS) vehicles transporting the containers are heavy in weight and may cause damage to driveways, pavement and adjacent areas. Customer agrees to hold WWS harmless from any such damage. 

5. CONTAINER DAMAGES: Customer and/or their designee are solely responsible for the placement of the container requested under this Agreement, and accept full responsibility for any and all damages associated with such placement and fees for relocation. Customer grants to WWS a full release against any such claim(s) or damages, including, but not limited to, cracks or gouges to driveway surfaces, damage to utilities, such a power lines, septic systems and/or sewer and water lines.

6. RELEASE OF PERSONAL/PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILIY: Customer hereby releases, discharges, and holds WWS harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, causes of action, damages, loss, costs, and expenses for property damage and/or personal injury or death arising out of (1) Customers use, operation or possession of the container, and/or (2) WWS actions in delivering, placing, and/or removing the container, including movement of WWS vehicles to and from the container location, and shall indemnify WWS against any claim or damage associated with the service provided under this Agreement.


This agreement and release of liability shall be binding on the successors, assigns, heirs, administrators and executors of the Customer, and shall apply to any roll off container rented by customer in the future.
